UFC 158 Prelims Certainly are a Hit The success or failure of a pay-per-view isn't always shown in the numbers that the broadcast does on FX.A UFC 156: Aldo versus. Edgar wasn't a significant show when it comes to total pay-per-view buys, but the original broadcast on FX made 1.897 million audiences, one of the greatest figures the advertising has ever endured. In contrast, UFC 157: Rousey vs. Carmouche, which did anywhere in a nearby of half of a million pay-per-view buys didn't have the same result for their early present with only 1.267 million people. UFC 158 however was a winner in every design, way and form.A The pay-per-view is likely to be the largest of the year up to now for the UFC, and the original broadcast on FX also taken in good ratings. The broadcast averaged 1.579 million visitors, a very solid amount general, and whilst not as high as some past shows still a good lead in to the highlighted card on pay-per-view. So far the UFC 156 prelims have pulled in the best scores for the UFC on FX.A The following significant card broadcasting on the circle will be the Ultimate Fighter 17 end on April 13. Bellator Boards Against Tough Opposition Bellator returned to Spike TELEVISION following a one week break due to their latest display featuring the finals of their latest lightweight contest with Dave Jansen fighting Marcin Held in the primary event. The card averaged 748,000 viewers overall which is viewers that were averaged 741,000 by a slight increase from the previous card two weeks earlier. While the increase isn't huge, it has to be noted that Bellator on Thursday evenings airs at 10 p.m., which a week ago went head-to-head with the ever popular NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, that aired on many networks that evening. The next Bellator present airs this Thursday night and functions the finals of the next round of light heavyweight and lightweight competitions.
